Kefalonia island

Located in the heart of ionian sea and being the largest Ionian island, Kefalonia will enchant you with its charm, beauty and uniqueness. Famous for its wonderful scenic beaches (such as Myrtos, Antisamos, Fteri, Petani), its turquoise colors and breathtaking caves, its picturesque villages (such as Assos, Fiscardo, Sami) and its delicious food and wine, this island is truly a gem that attracts loyal visitors from all over the world.

Argostoli

Being the capital of the island, this modern and cosmopolitan town is quite busy during the summer season, offering a plethora of interesting features and activities. The beautifully paved coastal road promenade is boarded by palm trees and colorful pebbles from the sea. The road ends at the small ferry quay where boats connect to the town of Lixouri every half an hour and fishing boats moor.

Its central square Plateia Valianou (Vallianos Square) is lined by many restaurants, cafes and bars. During the evenings, the square gets really crowded with locals who are really warm and friendly. De Bosset bridge, a beautiful stone bridge that crosses the sea-water to connect Argostoli with the shore opposite the lagoon is a must-visit if you want to enjoy a relaxing romantic walk, as well as the famous Fanari lighthouse.

Super Luxury and Great Location !

We had a wonderful 3 days in this beautiful property in Argostoli. The quality of everything was first class and there was nothing the owner had not thought of providing for the comfort of his guests. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into the main town, which has a wonderful choice of restaurants, cafes, and places to sit and watch the world go by! From here we were able to drive to many of the places on our “to Visit” list and then come home and relax on the balcony, taking in the views. We will be back for sure!

Great apartment with stunning view

The apartment is really fantastic with a great view over the city and the Argostoli port. Everything was perfect, check-in is very simple with the security box and the communication with the owner is very simple, he responds immediately to every question. Highly recommended for your stay in Kefalonia.

Lovely penthouse

The penthouse is even lovelier than the photos, modern, comfortable, clean and very spacious. We felt at home and enjoyed the evenings on the balcony or winding down before going to sleep. It is fully equipped and there was nothing we could need that wasn’t there. Marina was indeed a super host, providing us with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, itineraries, and promptly responding for any query we had. Location was great, few minutes from the water front and a nice stroll to town, but allowed us some quiet time when at home.
